It's a Bad Custom to Destroy Files

What is the Library of Congress for? It is the epitome of the human civilization and the crystallization of human efforts to keep records. Had it not been for all the records how could the civilized societies claim their designations?


It's a bad custom to destroy files and documents, not alone to shun keeping them. We're stunned to see so-called big shots doing irresponsible activities bordering on brazen. Let me take one.
