Why Women Weather Forecasters?

Why women forecasters? Is it fair? Isn't it a reverse discrimination? Is there any reasonable ground for Korean television stations to exclusively fill the posts of weather forecasters with women?

Is a harsh weather mellowing under the spell of pretty weather women? Is Typhoon so and so making detours instead of making a landing up? Are they capable of precipitation on an arid land or, are they capable of stemming inundation on the wet land?
